To make a Vietnam call: DIAL the direct number.

To make an international call:
For telephone calls: 1313 + 00 + Country code + Area code + Phone number.
For cellphones: 1313 + 00 + Country code + Cellphone number.
Your data will be automatically renewed daily, starting right after midnight (12:00 AM)
